I am a fully qualified secondary school teacher and Adult Education tutor. I have over 18 years teaching experience. My focuses are KS3 studies, GCSE Maths and Science. Adult Literacy and Adult Numeracy. Since 2015 I have been a supply teacher specialising in Maths and Science. I have well-developed experience delivering across the KS curriculum. Prior to 2015, from 2003 to 2015, I worked in a large regional college delivering GCSE Maths, Key Skills and Functional Skills in Literacy and Numeracy. Prior to 2003 I worked as a GCSE English Language and Literacy teacher in a small local college. I am now proficient in the use of Zoom, Microsoft Meetings and Skype. I am happy to utilise any meeting application that suits the student. I have a polite and clear method of talking. I am approachable and always supportive of the student. Above all, I am reliable and always take care over establishing shared clear aims and objectives.
