The tutor says of herself:
I have thoroughly enjoyed my teaching career and have taught in a range of schools over many years. My main teaching subject is Maths but I am qualified and experienced in teaching across the full range of primary subjects and in English and Maths through to the end of Key Stage Three, Year 9. As part of my masters degree I studied the education of children with special needs and have worked successfully with children with various learning difficulties, including those with dyslexia and dyscalculia. In recent years I have devoted more time to one-to-one tutoring and enjoy the privilege of planning and teaching programmes that match the student’s individual needs. I work at home in a room dedicated to my teaching, which is full of various resources that I have built up over the years. I offer weekly term time lessons but I am also happy to provide catch-up / booster lessons during the school holidays.
